Southeastern University — HSFRT research study
Terms of Use
Last updated September 1, 2026
This platform is a research instrument. It exists to collect data for one approved doctoral research study at Southeastern University and for nothing else. It is not a commercial service, a ministry management tool, or a general-purpose account system.
Who may use it
Accounts are for students invited to take part in this study who are 18 years of age or older. Ministry leaders use a single-use invitation link rather than an account, at the invitation of a participant who named them and gave permission for them to be contacted.
Permitted use
Use this platform to read the consent document, complete the study forms, and read your own materials. That is the whole of the permitted use.
Accounts are personal
Your account is yours. Do not share your password, do not let another person complete your forms, and do not sign in on another person's behalf. A ministry leader's invitation link is likewise personal to that leader and should not be forwarded. If you believe someone else has used your account or your link, tell an investigator.
What you may not do
- Attempt to reach any record that is not yours, whether by guessing an address, altering a request, or any other means.
- Probe, scan, or test the platform for weaknesses without written permission from the investigators. Reporting something you noticed in the course of ordinary use is welcome and is not a violation.
- Automate access, scrape the platform, or submit responses by any means other than the forms themselves.
- Interfere with the platform's availability for other participants.
- Upload malicious content or use the platform to harass any person.
The content of the forms
The consent documents and assessment instruments shown here are the approved study materials, reproduced verbatim apart from the small number of spelling corrections recorded in the study's register of approved deviations, which the investigators authorized and which change no meaning. What you write in response is yours; by submitting it you allow the investigators to use it for this study as described in the consent document you signed.
A submitted form is locked. If you need to correct something after submitting, contact an investigator.
Availability
This platform is operated for the duration of the study and is provided as is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside the investigators' control. It is not a records system you should rely on as your only copy of anything — download your own materials if you want to keep them.
Ending access
Access may be suspended if these terms are breached, in particular if there is an attempt to reach another person's records. Suspending platform access is a technical measure and is not a penalty for withdrawing from the study; withdrawal carries no penalty of any kind.
